From current tenant. Hi! I'm looking for 1-2 roommates to add to the lease on this midtown home I rent. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house built in 2019. You'd be renting Room B or C and sharing a hall bathroom with each other.

This is a female-only household, and I'm looking for another female roommate who feels like a good fit! No couples renting a single room.

I'm a marketing professional who values communication and respect in a shared space. It's not a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional get-togethers and a comfortable, social home.

About the home: Common areas are fully furnished (bedroom is unfurnished) In-unit washer and dryer High-speed internet Monthly professional maid service

Rent & costs: $800/month rent $800 security deposit

Rent includes: internet, water, trash, and other household utilities NV Energy (electricity & gas) is split evenly and typically runs $20 $30 per person per month, depending on seasonal use and how we decide as a group to manage heating and air conditioning

Parking: Uncovered parking is available at no additional cost. One covered parking space on the right side of the carport is available for an additional $25/month. The covered space on the left side of the carport is reserved for the tenant occupying the primary bedroom.

House notes: One resident cat lives in the home; no additional pets/animals allowed

Small front lawn/yard requires occasional mowing/weeding - equipment on site
